Mr. Collins is an associate of the law firm of Metz Lewis LLC where he concentrates his practice in the areas of creditors’ rights, workouts, lender liability, bankruptcy and commercial litigation.

COMMERCIAL LOAN DOCUMENTATION, CREDITOR’S RIGHTS, WORKOUTS, BANKRUPTCY AND LITIGATION
Mr. Collins represents creditors in the enforcement of their rights, including workouts, bankruptcy adversary and reorganization matters. Mr. Collins has a broad range of experience in defending lender liability claims before both state and federal tribunals. In addition, Mr. Collins represents clients in commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract claims, fraud claims and unfair trade practice matters. His client base includes businesses, commercial banks, financial institutions, mortgage companies, mortgage servicers and individuals.

Mr. Collins received his law degree in 1999 from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he was the chairman of the Moot Court Board and awarded the Order of the Barristers. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1996 with a B.A. in International Politics and a Minor in Spanish. Mr. Collins is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
