KELLIE L. CARDEN
Kellie is an intellectual property attorney with a strong background and particular experience in the fields of molecular biology and biochemistry. She counsels clients in all areas of intellectual property, and provides opinions with regard to infringement and right to use. Kellie also assists in the preparation of contracts and licenses involving intellectual property and supports litigation efforts relative to the protection and defense of these technologies.
In addition to her background in molecular biology and biochemistry, Kellie also has extensive experience in the fields of immunology and genetic engineering. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a research biologist at the National Cancer Institute, performing research in genetic engineering for the treatment of cancer. While there, Kellie conducted clinical trials regarding genetically engineered cancer treatments, including research on combining radiation/chemotherapy.
