RACHEL D. FELTON
As a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group, Rachel participates in
a wide range of business-related matters such as business torts, breach of contract, covenants not
to compete, employment matters, and breach of fiduciary duty.
Prior to joining the firm, Rachel worked as an Attorney-Advisor to a federal administrative law judge
within the United States Department of Labor. As a clerk, she assisted with numerous federal
workers’ compensation and employment discrimination claims.
