KENNETH S. KORNACKI
Ken’s practice is in the area of commercial litigation. He handles a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including claims involving breach of contract, construction matters, breach of commercial lease, business torts, trademark and trade name infringement, covenants not to compete, employment matters, insurance coverage, and breach of fiduciary duty.
