DIANA E. LEECH
Diana is a member of the firm’s Corporate Group and focuses her practice in the areas of business transactions, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and business and succession planning. She has a wide range of experience in drafting and negotiating transactions and agreements and advising clients on general corporate matters.

Prior to receiving her law degree, Diana earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and Management, where she received the school’s highest distinction by graduating in the top 5% of her class.
