JAMES McNALLY
Jim concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy law, mortgage foreclosure, enforcement of judgments, collections, preference actions, contract litigation and commercial lease disputes. He counsels and represents banks, finance companies, debt purchasers, credit unions, and other creditors in a wide range of matters including commercial and consumer bankruptcy cases, restructurings, workouts, and liquidations.
In addition, Jim has a broad range of experience in defending lender liability and FDCPA claims before state and federal courts. He also represents clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in matters of general commercial litigation.
