Biography
Bryan focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He
frequently handles matters involving ownership disputes,
intellectual property infringement, contract breaches, and business
torts, including fraud and misrepresentation claims. Although
Bryan has prosecuted and defended cases for clients ranging from
small startups to publicly traded companies, he typically
represents medium-sized, privately held businesses.
Bryan believes that successful resolution of any dispute requires
an early understanding of the larger business context in which the
prosecution or defense of any claim occurs. Bryan develops at
the outset a clear comprehension of his client's goals, which
enables him to deliver zealous yet cost-effective representation,
ensuring that the costs of litigation do not exceed the benefits to
be achieved.
