Christine's practice in commercial litigation
comprises enforcement of creditor's rights and representing clients
in loan workouts. She also represents various companies in
defense of bankruptcy preference actions.
She grew up in Pittsburgh and during college, studied abroad in
London. The most important thing to Christine is family - her
husband is a teacher and they have two young
daughters.
Representative Matters
- Successfully negotiated, on behalf of creditors, several preference actions filed in Bankruptcy Court for a fraction of the initial demand.
- Represented major consumer lender in collections and enforcement of creditor's rights on defaulted unsecured accounts across Pennsylvania.
- Assisted in representation of automotive financing company in replevin action securing company's collateral.
- Assist daily in representation of various lenders in bankruptcy matters involving protection of the lender's interest in its collateral and seeking payments on defaulted accounts. • Assist clients in the preparation of forbearance agreements.
