Biography

Diana is a member of the Corporate Transactions and Securities Group. Her practice consists of mainly business transactions, including stock and asset purchases, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and healthcare law. Diana is skilled at drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, and is knowledgeable about compliance with federal and state rules and regulations in both the securities and healthcare law setting.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Diana loves her hometown. She currently lives in Shadyside with her husband Pete (also a corporate attorney), and their two rescue dogs. Diana is motivated by the respect that she has for her colleagues at Metz Lewis, as well as the freedom her job gives her to be an individual and creative problem-solver. When not at work, Diana enjoys running with her dogs every day, reading and following Pittsburgh sports.
