Biography

Jim represents banks and other creditors in commercial loan matters, bankruptcy, and litigation in both state and federal courts. His practice also entails mortgage foreclosure, enforcement of judgments, and commercial lease disputes. He appreciates the rewarding, long-term relationships that having business clients allows.

Jim lived in Pittsburgh during the '70s, and moved back here because of fond memories and because it's a great place to raise a family. He enjoys spending time with his two children. His other interests include hiking and camping. Jim loves to cook and frequently co-hosts a dinner club at restaurants around the city.

 foreclosure actions, commercial litigation, bankruptcy and bankruptcy adversary 
 litigation, equipment auctions, documenting workouts, drafting forbearance 
 agreements and restructuring and modifying loans.
• Represents lenders, loan services, collection agencies and debt buyers in 
 defending lender liability, FDCPA, TILA, HOEPA and UDAP claims in state and 
 federal courts throughout Pennsylvania.
• Represents creditors in collection matters throughout Pennsylvania, including breach
 of contract actions, mortgage foreclosure actions, ejectment actions, replevin actions,
 personal property executions, garnishments, discovery of assets and enforcement 
 of judgments.
