Complex and Commercial Business LitigationBiography
As part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, Justin
concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation,
representing clients in both federal and state court in complex and
commercial business litigation matters involving breach of
contract, breach of fiduciary duty, enforcement of restrictive
covenants, and misappropriation of trade secrets. In addition to
his jury and nonjury trial experience, Justin has successfully
argued appeals before the Pennsylvania appellate courts.
He and his wife are involved in the Saxonburg Area Relay for Life
of the American Cancer Society. They also love to travel, having
been all over Europe.
Representative Matters
- Represented engineering and construction firm in federal court action involving multimillion dollar claims under the False Claims Act.
- Represented sports agency in federal court action involving breach of contract and fraud claims.
- Represented employers in actions seeking to enforce restrictive covenants, covenants not to compete, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Represented manufacturer in state court action against joint venture party for breach of fiduciary duty and the appointment of a receiver.
