Biography

Ken practices in in the area of commercial litigation. He handles a wide variety of matters including claims involving breach of contract, construction matters, breach of commercial lease, business torts, trademark and trade name infringement, covenants not to compete, employment matters, insurance coverage and breach of fiduciary duty. Ken also assists fellow member Gerri Sperling in her adoption practice.

Ken appears regularly and has trial experience in both state and federal courts, and has also successfully represented clients in alternative resolution forums such as private arbitrations.
