We represent national and local banks, financial institutions, mortgage companies, and investors in diverse bankruptcy and creditor's rights matters. We have experience representing clients in state court dissolution, out-of-court workouts, receivership and custodial proceedings, in-court restructurings, and foreclosure-as well as various bankruptcy adversary, reorganization, and liquidation proceedings. We have represented a range of creditors, from those with small, unsecured Chapter 7 claims all the way up to creditors with secured claims in excess of $200 million in Chapter 11 proceedings.

We represent banks, mortgage companies, and investors in general financial institution litigation - including UCC, payment, dishonor, and other bank claims - and in lender liability defense litigation. The latter includes a broad spectrum of federal and state court claims, such as truth in  lending, RESPA, UDAP, ECOA, FCRA, predatory lending, consumer fraud, and RICO.

We represent collection agencies in defense of FDCPA and other consumer protection claims. We have experience defending clients in lender liability and other commercial actions brought in state and federal tribunals in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and throughout the United States. While aggressive in representing the interests of our clients, we nevertheless remain focused on the most cost-effective solutions necessary.
