We have represented bank and financial institution clients in out-of-court workouts, in state court dissolution, receivership and custodial proceedings, in-court restructurings, foreclosure, and various bankruptcy adversary, reorganization and liquidation proceedings.  Our services range from representing creditors with small unsecured Chapter 7 claims to secured claims in excess of $50,000,000 in Chapter 11 proceedings.
