Our lawyers regularly represent national, regional, and local banks, financial institutions, mortgage companies, investor, and similar capital funds in bankruptcy and creditor’s rights matters. We have represented bank and financial institution clients in out-of-court workouts, in state court dissolution, receivership and custodial proceedings, in-court restructurings, foreclosure, and various bankruptcy adversary, reorganization and liquidation proceedings.  Our services range from representing creditors with small unsecured Chapter 7 claims to secured claims in excess of $50,000,000 in Chapter 11 proceedings. The firm has litigated bankruptcy claims, reorganization, and adversary proceedings involving most bankruptcy issues under various factual scenarios.
