TECHNOLOGY PROTECTION AND EXPLOITATION

Our Intellectual Property and Technology attorneys counsel clients regarding the acquisition, protection, and commercial maximization of a wide variety of intellectual properties and other technological assets. We obtain patents, trademarks, and copyrights for our clients, together with the creation and implementation of licensing relationships. Our group represents clients in the acquisition and divestiture of intellectual property, and also assists in the establishment of appropriate employment relationships and policies regarding these important business assets.

LITIGATION AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTIONS

Metz Lewis lawyers litigate intellectual property, computer, and other technology-related disputes nationally, in both federal and state courts, as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the United States International Trade Commission, and other public and private alternative dispute resolution tribunals.  Our lawyers also serve as neutrals in support of the courts and in alternative dispute proceedings regarding intellectual property and technology-related disputes.
