Dawn is a member of the Corporate and Banking and Financial Services Groups. She has been a paralegal with Metz Lewis since the firm was established in 1998 and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization, commercial real estate, and secured lending. Dawn routinely handles the formation and foreign qualification of business entities, corporate governance matters and the maintenance of business and stock records. She also prepares and administers mortgage foreclosure and collection proceedings. Dawn is a graduate of Westminster College and is a passionate supporter of WYEP radio.
