KENNETH C. THIESS
Ken concentrates his practice in the areas of secured lending, commercial loan documentation,
creditor’s rights and bankruptcy, banking law, trust and estate administration and litigation, mergers
and acquisitions and other business transactions.
Ken provides advice and representation in a wide variety of finance transactions. He routinely
represents commercial lenders and borrowers in the negotiation and drafting of complex
commercial loan documentation in the areas of asset based lending, secured lending and corporate
and real estate finance.
He has a diverse range of experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions,
bank branch sale and purchase transactions, and vendor contracts.
Additionally, Ken has represented banks in a variety of real estate lending, acquisition, sales, leasing,
development and construction matters. His representation has included negotiation, documentation
and closing of purchase, sale or lease transactions.
