Nkechi is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group.
She assists clients with a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate counseling. She works closely with senior attorneys to help navigate clients through complex deal structures across various industries. Her experience includes assisting on both buy-side and sell-side transactions for privately held businesses.
Nkechi gained valuable experience as both a summer associate and a law clerk with the firm during her time at Penn State Law, where she earned concentrations in Commercial Law and Corporate Law and Practice. While in law school, she served as secretary of the Black Law Students Association and was a clinical student in the Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic, where she formed business entities, conducted legal research, and drafted foundational contracts for entrepreneurs across Pennsylvania.
Nkechi brings a detail-oriented, pragmatic mindset to her work and is committed to providing responsive, practical solutions to clients’ legal and business challenges.
