Sarah Donley

Sarah is an Associate in the Banking group, where she assists clients with a broad range of financing transactions.

She brings a strong foundation in corporate law, having previously advised on mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, commercial contracts, reorganizations, and startup matters. Sarah has worked with clients across a variety of industries on matters ranging from local transactions to complex international deals.

Prior to attending law school, Sarah received her bachelor’s from Shenandoah University, where she was a member of the Women’s Basketball team. She also earned her LL.M. from Radboud University in the Netherlands, deepening her international legal perspective.
