Prior to joining the firm, Anna worked as a Deputy Attorney General for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in the civil litigation section.

There, Anna represented the Commonwealth and countless public officials and employees against civil rights claims brought under Section 1983. Anna also represented Commonwealth agencies in many employment litigation matters.

Before her time as a Deputy Attorney General, Anna served on active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps for just over four years. While on active duty, Anna served the majority of her time as a special victims prosecutor. Anna was also selected by her command to serve as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of California working hand in hand with civilian attorneys to prosecute border crimes and serve as a liaison counsel for civilian offenses committed on Department of Defense installations. Anna continues her military service in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves.

Anna received her undergraduate degree from Concord University (WV) and graduated from Duquesne University School of Law shortly thereafter. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her husband, Jon, and pup, Ripley.
