Michelle Pierro counsels financial institutions, lenders, landlords, and business entities in matters involving creditors’ rights, loan defaults, collections, and a wide variety of loan workout and finance matters.

She has extensive experience representing clients in complex real estate and foreclosure matters while handling all phases of litigation and appeals involving real estate disputes, foreclosures, evictions/ejectment, and insolvency proceedings.
