Nicole (“Nikki”) is an Associate in the Firm’s Energy Group.
Nikki focuses her practice in energy and real property law, and has extensive experience with reviewing title, managing due diligence, curing routine and complicated title defects, resolving real property disputes, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction and curative documents such as leases, ratifications, surface use agreements, assignments, purchase and sale agreements, and deeds.
Prior to joining Metz Lewis Brodman Must O’Keefe, Nikki served as in-house counsel and Manager of Title in the Land Department for a privately-owned energy company where she managed risks and costs, provided strategic legal advice on a broad range of matters proactively and during litigation, and led a team of highly skilled title specialists and attorneys to clear assets for company transactions and operations.
