Riley Stoltenberg is an attorney in Metz Lewis’s Banking Group, where she assists lenders, financial institutions, creditors, and business clients with creditor’s rights, collections, enforcement, and related banking litigation matters.

Riley helps clients move matters forward with clear communication, careful research, and practical follow-through. Her experience includes drafting pre- and post-judgment pleadings, enforcing judgments, participating in hearings, communicating with clients and debtors, and drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and stipulations. She also has a strong foundation in litigation drafting, legal research, and written advocacy.

Riley’s practice is grounded in the belief that clients should understand the plan, the process, and the next step. She works to explain legal issues in a direct and digestible way, without unnecessary jargon, and brings a thoughtful perspective to negotiation through her background in psychology.
