Metz Lewis is a Pittsburgh-based law firm with a reputation for delivering sophisticated and practical tax and estate planning advice to individuals with significant assets.
We are currently searching for a Tax, Trusts and Estates Attorney who is interested in being based in Pittsburgh, although the firm has adopted a hybrid office policy. This position entails working in a dynamic growing practice group that regularly utilizes complex planning techniques. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation of complex estate plans
- Estate and trust administrations
- Preparation of estate, gift, inheritance and income tax returns
- Ability to organize/prioritize, and handle multiple time sensitive issues in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of at least 1 year of experience in estate planning and individual tax planning, preferably with high-net-worth clients
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong research and writing background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain and expand client relationships
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar is required
