Dawn has been a paralegal with MLBMO since the firm was established in 1998 and is a member of the Corporate and Banking Groups. Dawn has extensive experience in business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization, and secured lending. She routinely handles the formation and foreign qualification of business entities, entity conversions, domestications and dissolutions, corporate governance matters and the maintenance of business and stock records.
