Benjamin Wischnowski is a member of the firm’s Tax, Trusts, and Estates Group.

In this capacity, he works with clients to develop customized strategies for intergenerational wealth transfers, business succession, and federal estate tax planning.

In addition to the area of trusts and estates, a significant portion of his practice has involved direct and regular interaction with business owners, with particular emphasis on real estate transfers, choice-of-entity planning, the resolution of business-related disputes, and the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases, employment agreements, and a range of construction-related contracts.
