About Khalipha:

Khalipha is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s litigation group. At Metz Lewis, Khalipha focuses his practice on commercial litigation disputes. He also has experience with criminal defense litigation, and financial crime investigations.

About Mason:

Mason’s practice is focused on creditor’s rights, workouts, and bankruptcy litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mason served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gregory L. Taddonio in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. While attending law school, Mason served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Charles M. Walker in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.

About Ben:

Ben is a member of the firm’s Tax, Trusts, and Estates Group, and in that capacity, he works with clients to develop customized strategies for intergenerational wealth transfers, business succession, and federal estate tax planning.  Prior to joining Metz Lewis, Ben engaged in a diverse transactional and estate planning practice with a firm in the Midwest.  In addition to the area of trusts and estates, a significant portion of his practice has involved direct and regular interaction with business owners, with particular emphasis on real estate transfers, choice-of-entity planning, the resolution of business-related disputes, and the negotiation and drafting of commercial leases, employment agreements, and a range of construction-related contracts.
