Jackie Stalnaker is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group.

She assists clients with a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial contract negotiations, and day-to-day corporate governance. She works closely with clients to understand not only the legal issues involved in a matter, but also the business objectives, timelines, and practical realities driving each decision. Whether guiding a client through a transaction or negotiating a commercial agreement, Jackie is known for delivering organized, responsive, and actionable counsel that helps keep matters moving efficiently.

Prior to joining Metz Lewis, Jackie was an associate at a large law firm where she developed a strong foundation in corporate law and gained experience across a variety of industries on matters ranging from local transactions to complex international deals, key commercial negotiations, and corporate governance.
