Jackie advises businesses on a wide range of corporate matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contract negotiations, and complex business transactions. She is known for her detail-oriented and practical approach, helping clients navigate matters with clarity, responsiveness, and strategic insight. Jackie’s experience spans a variety of industries, and she is particularly skilled at translating complex legal and diligence issues into actionable guidance that supports business objectives.
Jackie earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. She graduated magna cum laude from West Virginia University with a degree in World Languages, Literatures and Linguistics.
