The Metz Lewis team of John Lewis, Tim Kravetz and Allyson Kreps counseled Mid Atlantic Capital Group and EdgeCo Holdings, L.P. (“EdgeCo”) in its acquisition of Lexington, Kentucky based Unified Trust Company, N.A. (“Unified Trust”).
Through the acquisition, Unified Trust became part of American Trust Company, an affiliate of EdgeCo.
