Metz Lewis is pleased to announce that co-founder and member John W. Lewis II has joined the Board of Directors of Squary AI, a company developing artificial intelligence solutions for legal teams.
John has practiced corporate and mergers and acquisitions law for more than 30 years and has led more than 250 transactions across a range of industries. In addition to guiding clients through the purchase and sale of businesses, he advises business owners on succession planning, exit preparation, advisor selection, and the broader legal and business considerations surrounding a transaction.
In his board role, John will bring a practical legal and business perspective to Squary AI as the company continues developing technology grounded in the ways attorneys and legal teams work. John also has extensive board experience, having served on the boards of multiple privately held companies and nonprofit organizations.
