Metz Lewis is pleased to welcome Sarah Shields as an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group.
Sarah advises borrowers, lenders, and public and private companies on financing transactions and other corporate matters. Her experience includes acquisition financings, refinancings, repricings, and amendments, as well as capital markets, securities law, and corporate governance matters. She brings a practical, business-focused approach to her work, helping clients identify legal and commercial issues early and keep transactions moving efficiently.
Sarah earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and her B.S.B.A. from High Point University. Sarah is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York.
