Metz Lewis is pleased to welcome Sam Gorski as a Member in the firm’s Tax Trusts & Estates Group.
Sam’s practice focuses on developing thoughtful, tax-aware planning strategies that help clients transfer, protect, and administer wealth with clarity and confidence. He works with clients on a wide range of estate planning and trust matters, including the preparation of customized estate planning documents, trust structures designed to reduce estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax exposure, charitable planning vehicles, business succession considerations, and the administration of estates and trusts.
Sam earned his LL.M. in Taxation and J.D. from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Massachusetts.
