The Law Firm of Metz Lewis Brodman Must O’Keefe LLC is pleased to announce the elections of Joshua Baker, Rachel Felton and David Jaffe to Equity Member and Justin Tuskan to Non-Equity Member.

Joshua Baker has a diverse practice and represents individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses, and corporate clients in all types of business disputes. He also has significant experience representing employees and employers on employment agreements, non-competes, and confidential and trade secret information. Recently, Josh was also admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court. He has represented taxpayers and captive insurance companies under audit and examination by the Internal Revenue Service. Josh has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2015 to present.

Rachel Felton focuses her practice in the area of employment law where she advises companies on a wide variety of employee-related matters.  Rachel frequently counsels companies on issues such as hiring, discipline, leave, accommodations, wage and hour law, and termination.  Rachel also regularly defends clients in federal and state administrative proceedings and in court against discrimination and wrongful discharge claims. In addition to her employment litigation work, Rachel also practices in the firm’s commercial litigation group. Rachel has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

David Jaffe is a business transactions lawyer whose practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, growth capital investments, corporate finance, corporate governance, private placements and distressed company transactions. For more than 20 years, he has counseled middle market businesses, emerging growth companies, public corporations and boards of directors in these transactions and has served as an advisor on general corporate and commercial matters. David has been involved with many trade organizations including The Association for Corporate Growth as Board Chair and the Great Lakes ACG Capital Connection Conference as Co-Chair. David is also a prolific writer and speaker on corporate topics.

Justin Tuskan has represented a broad range of clients in both state and federal courts in diverse complex and commercial business litigation matters including asset acquisition disputes, actions to enforce real estate purchase and sale agreements, construction claims, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract actions. A significant portion of Justin’s practice also entails representation of banks, debt collectors, and other financial institutions in litigation and related finance matters, including lender liability defense, FDCPA, TCPA, and FCRA defense, mortgage foreclosure actions, collections, bankruptcy and loan workouts. Justin has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star.
