Metz Lewis Brodman Must O’Keefe LLC announced that Chris Brodman has been elected as the firm’s next President and CEO effective January 2, 2017.

Chris is a Founding Member of the firm who concentrates his practice on mergers, acquisitions and corporate law.  Chris’ diverse client base values him as a practical and trusted advisor.  Additionally, Chris serves on several private and nonprofit boards of directors.

“Chris has played a key role in shaping the firm since its inception. In terms of driving our key areas of growth, he has been the principal force in the last several years,” Founding Member John Lewis said.

LeRoy Metz, who served as the firm’s President for 17 years, will continue to serve on the firm’s Executive Committee while maintaining a full-time practice, counseling a wide array of clients in tax, business, and estate planning law.
