Metz Lewis served as legal counsel to The A.G. Mauro Company and The A.G. Mauro Company of Florida, Inc. (collectively, “The A.G. Mauro Companies”) in its sale to Unified Door and Hardware Group, LLC, a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital, LP. The A.G. Mauro Companies are distributors of doors, frames and hardware through its three distribution facilities. The Metz Lewis Deal Team included Leilani Costa, Michael Hutter, Christian Stoffan, John Lewis, Neva Stotler, and Mike Herzog.
