Metz Lewis Brodman Must O’Keefe LLC is pleased to announce that Member Jon Altman will serve as Practice Group Leader for the firm’s Real Estate Group.
With 14 years of high-level corporate, M&A and commercial real estate experience, Jon regularly represents private equity funds, family offices, buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants in connection with commercial real estate transactions. Jon specializes in counseling owners of industrial, multi-family, high-rise office and retail projects. He regularly advises on all aspects of transactions involving those properties, including the acquisition, debt and equity financing, development, leasing, and disposition of and for those assets. Jon has also represented developers and tenants in connection with the construction over 3 million square feet of build-to-suit facilities.
In 2021, Jon was selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Pennsylvania Rising Star for the eighth consecutive year. He has also been recognized in the Best Lawyers Publication as a Best Lawyer in the areas of Corporate Law and Real Estate Law.
