The Metz Lewis team of Matt D’Ascenzo, George Thomas and Linda Barent has assisted Solevo Wellness in the negotiation of a membership interest purchase agreement with Trulieve Cannabis Corp.
Solevo operates three medical marijuana dispensaries in the Pittsburgh region and was the first dispensary to open in Allegheny County. Trulieve is publicly traded on the Canadian Stock Exchange and is a leading vertically-integrated provider of medical marijuana in the United States. Solevo’s members will receive $20 million at closing with a potential earnout of up to $15 million.
