Jim O’Connor and Justin Barron recently secured a favorable summary judgment ruling on behalf of Right Way Nutrition, a developer and distributor of wellness products, on its claim for breach of contract.
In November 2019, the court granted Right Way’s motion for partial summary judgment as to liability. The court has set an April 2020 trial date.
