The November 14, 2011, requirement that employers post an NLRB Notice informing employees of their rights to join a collective bargaining unit under the NLRA has been postponed until January 31, 2012.  Intense pressure from a variety of groups has forced the NLRB to change this posting requirement.  Stay tuned as this requirement is still being met with a substantial amount of opposition.  If you need additional information, please contact John Bechtol.
