The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (“OSHA”) has proposed a new rule which applies to employers with over 250 employees.  OSHA is requiring that such employers report their workplace injury and illness data quarterly (instead of yearly) to the agency with information made available online.  A public meeting on this rule will be held in Washington, D.C., on January 9, 2014, and comments regarding the proposed rule will be accepted through February 6, 2014. For questions or assistance, please contact John Bechtol at 412.918.1115.
