Allyson Kreps recently joined the firm as a Member in the Corporate Group. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and advising clients on strategic and regulatory matters.
Allyson started her career in private practice as a mergers and acquisitions attorney. She then served as Senior Attorney for ATI Inc. where she led negotiations of long term agreements with key aerospace and defense customers, and advised management representatives on regulatory compliance and implementation of commercial strategies.
