Matt Urso recently joined the firm as a Member in the Corporate Group.
Matt previously served as Senior Corporate Counsel for LGG Industrial (formerly ERIKS North America) where he provided legal support in the areas of commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment matters, acquisitions and divestitures, and other related activity.
