Businesses which are not categorized as life-sustaining or otherwise received a waiver from the Commonwealth have until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 3 to seek an exemption from Governor Wolf’s Shutdown Order.

The Friday deadline was announced by the administration late yesterday afternoon.

If a business does not submit for a waiver from Pennsylvania’s Shutdown Order prior to the 5:00 p.m. deadline, the business may lose its ability forever.

If you have questions about your eligibility or wish to apply for a waiver, we have successfully helped many companies in obtaining relief from the Shutdown Order.

The list of life-sustaining businesses is available here.
