Metz Lewis Brodman Must O’Keefe LLC announced today that Jon Altman has joined the Firm’s Corporate, Real Estate and Banking departments as a Member.

Jon brings over 13 years of high-level corporate, M&A and commercial real estate experience to the Firm.

Jon has led a number of M&A transactions over the years, up to $1.4 billion of transaction value, including having represented buyers of NFL, NHL and MLB sports teams as well as a handful of MiLB baseball teams and an AHL hockey team.  Jon also regularly represents buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in connection with commercial real estate transactions.  Jon currently represents owners of over 4 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space in the Pittsburgh area, and regularly advises on all aspects of transactions involving those properties, including the acquisition, financing (CMBS debt, Agency debt and traditional bank financing, and raising equity), development, leasing, and disposition of those assets.  Jon has also represented developers (as landlords) and companies (as tenants) in connection with constructing over 3 million square feet of build-to-suit facilities.
