Thomas Freyvogel counsels his clients on mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investment transactions and general corporate matters. He also works with middle market and emerging growth companies and acts as general counsel advising on a wide range of contract and strategic matters, including governance, corporate finance, executive compensation, licensing and commercial contracts. He earned his B.A. at Boston College, his MBA from Duquesne University and his J.D. from Catholic University School of Law.
Paul Minton’s background focuses on advising clients on Corporate matters. Paul has advised corporate clients on choice of entity issues, mergers and acquisitions, contracts and employment issues, as well as estate and business succession planning. He earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law and his B.S. from Penn State University.
