Patrick most recently served as in-house counsel for Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, Inc., where he directed legal support for real estate transactions and portfolio management for its more than 75 restaurants and provided general corporate counseling.
Patrick has experience representing purchasers and sellers of commercial real estate and landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters.
Representative Matters
- Represented regional restaurant chain in negotiating and drafting land swap purchase and sale agreement, development agreement, reciprocal easement agreement, restrictive covenants, land development approval and contribution agreement among adjacent developers of retail and office properties and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for redevelopment of restaurant.
- Represented seller in disposition of package of distressed retail properties.
- Represented landlord in negotiation and drafting of lease agreement with option to purchase 12,000 square foot mixed-use building located in Pittsburgh's Central Business District.
- Represented tenant/sublandlord in negotiation and drafting of package of subleases with national bank subtenant.
- Represented oil and gas exploration and production company in due diligence title review for $50,000,000.00 acquisition of fee and leasehold assets.
- Represented regional restaurant chain in acquiring and/or leasing industrial properties, and managed title review, rezoning, lot line revisions, and environmental remediation.
